Tubo was originally started like a custom adapter in a telco project (in that time the name wasn't Tubo!). That project, an integration project, included a lot of custom systems and legacies working together, and the result need to impact in a Oracle eBusiness Suite. We have high level requirements for Tubo, functional and non-functionals.
When this project was finished, I create this project for reimplements the adapter with a multipurpose architecture in mind, but conserving the core of previous project.
